FT 06C KOMODO AND FLORES OVERLAND TOUR 6D5N West to East

Day 01: Labuan Bajo- Kelor-Rinca-Kalong (L,D)

Pick you up from hotel in Bali then transfer to airport to catch the flight leaving for Labuan Bajo (west Flores). On arrival, transfer to the harbor and aboard with (traditional boat for approx 2,5 hours crossing) or 30 minutes with Speed boat to Rinca Island. Having Lunch on the boat. Arrive in Rinca Island, start your trekking, walking through the typical dry forest to see the Komodo dragons (the giant prehistory lizards in the world in their natural habitat). On the way, you may see deer, wild buffaloes, long tail Macaque and wild boar also numerous of birds. And keep look on the trees as sometimes you will find the young Komodo Dragons there. A local ranger will let you through this natural Preservation. Back to your boat and proceed to Kalong Island. Dinner and overnight in the boat.

Day 02: Kalong- Komodo-Pin Beach- Labuan bajo (B,L,D)

Breakfast then leave Rinca to Komodo Island. Enjoy the wonderful sunrise and some of isles a long your trip. Arrive in Komodo Island, make a short trekking, walking to the typical dry forest to look and see the Komodo dragon. You will find another wild animal like deer, wild pig and also various species of tropical birds and keep a look above as sometimes you will find the younger Komodo dragons are on the trees. A local Komodo ranger will let you through this natural preservation. After ward sail to the Labuan Bajo with stop at pink beach; best site for snorkeling and swimming, coral reef amongst colorful tropical fish. Lunch provided in the boat. Proceed to Labuan Bajo. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel and overnight. Dinner at hotel.

Day 03: Labuan Bajo- Cancar- Ruteng Pu’u-Ruteng (B,L,D)

Pick up from your hotel then drive to drive up through the mountain in west Flores to Lembor to see the best scenery of rice field, then Cancar Spider web rice paddy and continue the trip to Traditional village Ruteng Pu’u and Ruteng city; the Capital city of Manggarai regency, which is located on the slope of Ranaka Montain, about 1200 m above sea level. Dinner and overnight at Hotel in Ruteng.

Day 04 : Ruteng –Aimere- Bena Bajawa (B,L,D)

After breakfast drive to Bajawa. On the way visit Ranamese Lake and Aimere. Lunch in Bajawa. After lunch, visit Bena traditional village, where you will find traditional houses and megalithic tombs. Bena traditional village is located about 21 km to the eastern part of Ngada regency. Back to Bajawa for dinner and over night at hotel.

Day 05 : Bajawa – Ende – Moni (B,L,D)

After breakfast drive to visit Wogo village and continue your trip to Ende where you will visit a local Market, Blue stone beach and having lunch. From here, continue your trip to Moni and stop at Ikat Weaving village. Dinner and over night at Hotel in Moni.

Day 06 : Moni – Kelimutu Lake – Maumere – Bali (B)

Early morning at 04.00 am drive up to the three color lakes of Kelimutu, one of the most spectacular and full mysteries sight of Indonesia. Back to your hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, you will visit Moni then Ndua Ria for fruits Market. Transfer to the airport in Ende or Maumere for your flight back to Bali. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.
