If you have a group more than 10 pax, much better use 2 unit Toyota hi ace. Our driver is only allowed to drive from 5 am to 7 pm for the safety. Our charter rate applies throughout the year for both high/peak season and low season.

Car Rental Terms and Conditions for Flores Overland

1. Cancellation of orders less than 2×24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the Labuan Bajo car rental price per day, especially for Overland.
2. Maximum Car Capacity is 10 People with baggage
3. Price includes petrol, driver, parking fee, driver’s food and driver’s lodging per night.
4. Payment is made at least 3 days in advance of 50% and the remainder must be paid on the first day of the rental.
5. There is always an empty run day for pickup at (or returning from) Ende or Maumere. If the Tenant rents for 3 days, it means payment for 4 days. This policy applies to Overland only.
6. Wae Rebo 1 Day, Not recommended because Trekking Up and Down Wae Rebo takes approximately 5-6 hours and if forced to take this package, please start early at 04:00 am from Labuan Bajo.
7. The price above is the cost of renting a Labuan Bajo car per day per unit, including the driver and fuel (gasoline/diesel).
8. Overland travel routes, please inform and discuss since ordering because routes also greatly affect additional costs due to road conditions, distance and length of trip.
9. Our driver is only allowed to drive from 5 am to 7 pm for the safety.
10. The price for renting a car + driver above applies throughout the year for both high/peak season and low season.
